Saniya & Pranjal

Saniya and Pranjal’s sufi night felt warm, intimate and full of character from the moment you walked in. Deep reds, candlelight, brass elements, roses, jasmine and handwritten lyrics came together beautifully without ever feeling overdone. Every little detail added to the atmosphere.

We wanted the portraits to feel a little sharper and more editorial instead of traditionally romantic. The direct flash, arches and shadows gave the photos a fashion-inspired feel while still fitting naturally into the mood of the night. Saniya looked stunning in black with intricate silver detailing, while Pranjal’s deep maroon outfit tied perfectly into the entire palette.

And then the after party took over.

What started as a soulful evening quickly turned into absolute chaos in the best way possible. The dance floor got louder, everyone stopped caring about the cameras and the night ended with that perfect mix of exhaustion and happiness that only really good celebrations leave behind.

Pastel tones, quiet corners, sunlight pouring through the arches and the two of them completely in their own world for a few moments before the chaos began.

Saniya looked effortless in yellow, while Pranjal fully committed to the relaxed groom energy from the start. The portraits felt light, easy and full of personality, which honestly matched them perfectly.

And then the haldi turned into absolute madness.

Within minutes, everyone was covered in haldi, laughing, dancing and running around trying to escape getting attacked next. The calm elegance of the morning disappeared very quickly and turned into one of those functions where nobody cared about looking perfect anymore. Just pure fun, loud music and the kind of energy that makes these events unforgettable.

By the time the wedding day arrived, it felt like the entire celebration had slowly built up to this one evening at the beautiful The Oberoi Sukhvilas.

There’s something about the property that makes everything feel cinematic without even trying. The arches, the quiet pathways, the soft light through the trees and the sheer scale of the space gave every function its own mood, but the wedding day especially felt magical.

After days of music, colour and chaos, the wedding itself felt calm in the best way. More emotional, more grounded and much more intimate despite how grand everything looked around them.

And unlike most couples, Saniya and Pranjal actually said everything out loud.

They had written personalized vows for each other, speaking about their journey from school to all the years that followed. It was honest, funny, emotional and felt deeply personal to them. You could see everyone around them completely locked into every word they said.
